• $25 one-hour session
• $40 two-hour session

Due before the Study Squad session. We staff based on the number of students enrolled, therefore, refunds will not be given if you sign up and do not show up. Drop-ins are welcome if room is available, and payment must be made when dropping your child off. Fees are non- refundable once paid.

Course Breakdown:

Students will receive help to complete homework in a quiet, safe, and organized environment. Please ensure that students bring all necessary materials such as books, workbooks, computers, passwords, etc. to complete their homework. These one-hour sessions will provide students with time to finish written assignments and study for tests. It’s important to note that this is a group setting, and an instructor will be available to help any student who needs assistance. If your child is shy and hesitant to ask for help, there’s no need to worry, as we will regularly check in with students to ensure that their work is being completed.

Follow-Up:

We recommend signing up for multiple Study Squad sessions. Children thrive on consistency, and providing the same homework environment each week will set your child up for a successful week. It takes time for kids to turn practices into a habit, and we can help build good practice session after session. These practices will turn into habits that will benefit students for years to come. Additionally, if your child needs more help than Study Squad provides, you can sign up for a one-on-one tutoring session.

Student/Parent Obligations:

• Arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. Being late disrupts the class for all students.
• Students will wait in the lobby until the instructor brings them to the classroom. Only enrolled students are allowed in the class. Other guests must wait in the lobby.
• Parents are expected to pick up students on time. A fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for late pickups.
• Please do not send your child to Academic Edge if they are not feeling well. If they miss school due to illness, they should not attend class. Additionally, students should be free of fever for 24 hours without medication before coming to class.
• If students are disruptive and do not respond to redirection, they may be removed from the class without a refund.
