Course Breakdown:

During the 8-week camp, students will review and master multiplication facts from 0 to 12 through instruction, games, and activities. The goal is for all students to achieve mastery of all facts by the end of the course. However, since students work at their own pace, some may need extra time to achieve mastery. Students and parents may need to devote additional time outside of the camp to ensure mastery. 

To monitor progress, students will complete pre-and post-tests to demonstrate their growth and mastery throughout the 8-week camp. 

Follow-Up:

Some students may take longer than 8 weeks to master their multiplication facts, as all students work at different paces. If additional. support is needed after the camp, we recommend signing up for a few Study Squad or Tutoring sessions.

Student/Parent Obligations:

• Arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. Being late disrupts the class for all students. Students will wait in the lobby until the instructor brings them to the classroom. Only enrolled students are allowed in the class. Other guests must wait in the lobby. 
• Parents are expected to pick up students on time. A fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for late pickups. 
• Please do not send your child to Academic Edge if they are not feeling well. If they miss school due to illness, they should not attend class. Additionally, students should be free of fever for 24 hours without medication before coming to class. 
• If students are disruptive and do not respond to redirection, they may be removed from the class without a refund.
